Bookings and payments
The booking will be effective only if the same will be followed within 10 days, a deposit of 30% of total stay by bank transfer - UniCredit Banca di Roma La Liccia payable PALAU Agency Ltd. Credit Card for your added security you can make your reservation directly on-line at our website www.campinglaliccia.com or, if you prefer, call us 393.9598.899. Subsequently, the Department will send written confirmation of booking. The remainder will be paid upon arrival.
Security deposits
Upon arrival € 150.00 must be deposited as security for the bungalows and caravans. This amount will be returned upon departure after inspection by the staff and will be minus any breakages or shortages.
Order and equipment
The caravans are composed of a double bed, a bunk bed and a single bed (5 people), or 2 double beds (4 beds) with kitchenette, without services.
The caravans and bungalows must be left clean and tidy, otherwise will be charged € 50.00 for final cleaning.
It 'may not transfer the equipment from the structure to which they belong. The beds can not be moved. The blankets can not be used outside the accommodation. In caravans and bungalows has banned the use of devices with electrical current ratings up to 800 W.
Cars and motorcycles: mandatory use of the parking area.
Arrivals and departures
For tents, campers and caravans, the day of stay is considered the time of arrival to 12.00 the following day.
The caravans and bungalows are delivered the day of arrival to 16.00 and the day of departure must be vacated by 10.30 hrs.
Withdrawals and Cancellations
In case of withdrawal, to be communicated in writing, we will adjust as follows:
- Within 30 days before arrival, refund of the deposit, except for € 15.00 for administration costs.
- Within 15 days of return of 50%, except for € 15.00 for administration costs.
No refunds for cancellations less than 15 days before your arrival or termination thereof.
The caravans and bungalows reservations are made available to the client, in the absence of its communications, not more than 1 day from the date fixed as the beginning of the stay.
